Hello — I’m Gleren Meneghin, a designer in New York City.
I'm currently a Senior Designer at Adobe, working across a range of products for devices large and small that have a meaningful impact on the creative community.
Most recently, I’ve been working to shape the future of screen design with Adobe XD — a new product for visual designers to create screen designs and much more.
Adobe XD launched last November during Adobe MAX 2017 in Las Vegas. We got some nice reviews on FastCompany and TechCrunch, made partnerships with cool companies like Boosted Board and helped design studios like Hugo & Marie.
I currently lead design systems for XD, spanning everything from product strategy to designing compelling user experiences. I partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other Stakeholders — spread between San Francisco, Seattle, and Bucharest.
In 2015, before moving to the XD team — I led design for Adobe Creative Cloud Mobile (iOS, Android, Chrome Book). The app ties together all Adobe products, from Photoshop files on desktop to Illustrator Drawings on mobile and even videos from Premier Pro. Everything is connected, just like that.
As part of my role, I worked closely with cross-platforms teams and products within Adobe. But also external, partnering with Apple and Google on upcoming features.
Prior to Adobe, I was an Art Director with London-based design studio The Workshop, leading branding and digital designs for global organizations, cultural influencers and start-ups.
One of the highlights was working with Social Media Week as the conference's design partner.
The event brings together some of the industry’s leading brands and individuals at the intersection of entertainment, media, marketing and technology. This includes Facebook, The New York Times, National Geographic, Warby Parker and GE.
SMW hosts conferences on six continents, with over 70,000 physical attendees every year, 5,000 speakers and more than 1 million people connecting through social and mobile.
During my time at The Workshop, we also designed the branding for Denver-based event The National Innovation Summit for Arts & Culture. During the 4 month-process, we strived to create a bold and vibrant identity that would define their capacity to innovate and adapt in the arts and culture sector; a logo that had to be flexible for print, digital and broadcast formats.

Originally from France, my yearning for adventure and the unknown took me to live and work in Australia, Scotland, England and now New York City. I’ve started curating a guide for food, drinks and things to do in cities I’ve experienced. You can have a look at it here.
When not designing — I’m an accomplished musician and recognized on the world stage as a top pipe band drummer. I'm also a drumming instructor in the New York area.
